Final Sale & Product Issue Policy

Due to the personal-use nature of many of the products we provide, as well as manufacturer and supplier fulfillment requirements, purchases made through Maternal Relief Co. are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for routine returns or exchanges.

We understand, however, that product issues can occasionally occur during manufacturing, fulfillment, or shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing components, please contact Maternal Relief Co. promptly after receiving your order. Our team will review the circumstances of the issue and, when appropriate, work with the applicable manufacturer, supplier, or fulfillment partner to determine the available resolution.

Depending on the product, manufacturer policy, and circumstances, a resolution may include replacement of the affected product or component, manufacturer warranty assistance, or another appropriate remedy. Reporting a product issue does not automatically guarantee a return, replacement, refund, or exchange, and available remedies may vary by product and manufacturer.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, worn, assembled, or otherwise removed from their original condition generally cannot be returned unless the product is determined to have a qualifying defect or another approved exception applies.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please retain the product, original packaging, shipping materials, and any included documentation until our team has reviewed your request. Photographs or other documentation of the issue may be requested to assist with the review.

Please contact Maternal Relief Co. before attempting to return or ship any product. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
